About the work.
At Uber I built and led Uber’s Ads Design team from the ground up, driving 0→1 design for ad experiences across Uber Eats and Uber Rides, and fueling the business from $0 to over $1B in ad revenue within a year.
Defined the vision and user experience for consumer ad formats, ensuring engaging, performant placements across mobile and web
Led design for both the Small Business Ads Platform, empowering local merchants to advertise with ease, and the Enterprise Ads Platform, supporting scaled ad campaigns for national and global brands
Partnered closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver cohesive end-to-end ad tooling, balancing monetization with user value
Shaped the foundational design strategy, hiring plan, and operational systems for a high-impact team that scaled with the pace of the business
Helped establish ads as a core revenue stream across Uber, creating the building blocks of a global, sustainable ads ecosystem
