I’m Jesse, a design leader, team builder, sometimes-overthinker, and always up for chasing big ideas that make people’s lives better.

I’ve spent the last 15+ years designing products at the intersection of utility and emotion, from helping people fall in love on Tinder to helping teams get aligned at Asana, to helping local businesses grow at Uber. Along the way, I’ve led teams of one and teams of 35+, and I’ve learned that great design isn’t just about pixels or process...it’s about people.

I care deeply about building teams that feel connected, supported, and inspired. I love getting to know the people I work with, how they think, what motivates them, where they want to grow. I believe in honest feedback, shared ownership, and making space for bold ideas (especially the weird ones that end up being brilliant).

My approach to design is rooted in clarity, simplicity, and impact. I like taking messy, complex problems and untangling them into experiences that just feel right. I think the best products come from asking better questions, listening more than speaking, and not being afraid to start over if it means getting it right.

Outside of work, I find balance through music, movement, and making time for the people I love. I believe how we show up outside of work matters just as much as how we lead inside of it.
